Winter Garden Fitness

Winter Garden Fitness is the best place to workout. The owner, Gina, provides a variety of options including personal training sessions, boot camp, and a variety of other classes to choose from to meet your needs. I have been training with her for about 3 years and she always puts her clients first and will do anything to help you meet your personal goals. She is very inspiring and her positive energy is always something I look forward to when I go to the gym. I highly recommend Winter Garden Fitness!

Winter Garden fitness is a great place to work out. Gina is great and lives what she teaches. She is an awesome trainer and wonderful person! I would highly recommend Winter Garden Fitness. I also want to respond to the negative review. I was there the day this woman parked in the Winter Garden fitness parking lot. She had no interest in joining WG fitness instead she was over at the bar at the Chef's Table. When Gina went over there to find out who's car was parked in her lot this woman said it wasnt her. When she did come to get her car and was asked not to park there she was rude and nasty and now on top of that she puts in a review that she has no right to do. Definitely not the kind of person WG fitness would want to spend their time training! Again, I highly recommend Winter Garden Fitness
