I give these guys and gals 5 stars. The customer service is great. They really get to know their customers... REALLY.. by name. I walk in and am always greated with a toothy... HI CHUCK! That makes my day to be greated like that. The coffee is great. My fav is Komodo Dragon. The only complaint I have about Starbucks is the fact that for the last few months they have been only pushing that Pikes Place blend. Its not that great to be honest. But as a whole the place gets a 5
