Didn’t fix the problem and charged over $500.00! Took advantage of elderly folks. Shame on you!

Robert and James from New Life came to pump my septic tank. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Robert answered all my questions and gave me instructions on how to maintain my septic tank. I am completely satisfied with the work they did. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

I have had alot of septic work done on this house in past 20 years. Even a new system put in 10 years ago by a different company. Tank needed pumping on Tuesday. Called them Monday night and they were there promptly on Tuesday morning. Had to locate tank lid that put in 30 inches deep and they went right to it. Trucks are set-up excellent. Engineering on the vehicle is far above and beyond other septic companies. They have a small backhoe on back of truck, and a air pressure system that that will unclog any septic line and house main pipe. I will always call these people from here on out. Thanks Newlife!!

These guys are simply great. They were on site within 1 1/2 hrs with all the stools needed for prompt service. Very knowledgeable and honest about what the y do and give it to you straight. Highly recommend this company!

After several unreturned calls to other companies, we called New Life and they were at our home within a couple hours. The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The pumped out my septic tank, which had never been done since I had the house built 18 years ago. It did not take a long time and I was able to see what they were doing and they did a wonderful job and were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend New Life!!

Save yourself the headache I went through leaving messages on 1 800 numbers waiting to be dispatched out and start with these guys. Working with New Life 2 was a great experience. Not only was the septic service excellent and thorough, but the tech was extremely informative and pointed out some things that will potentially save me thousands. The prices are very reasonable and the folks back at the office were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them and simply can't say enough good things about them. I will certainly be using them for all my septic needs moving forward.
