Lakeside Family Dentistry

I have all regrets mainly because I will feel pain every time I eat or drink anything cold. This man is a heavy handed driller this is my 7th dentist in my life and by far the worst. Facility was loud kaotic and smelled funny. All 5 members of my family had issues with this place. The fat unhappy women behind the desk never smile and are miserable, they love to yell at insurance companies in front of the customers and slam the phone down. Do yourself a favor keep looking because the only one with talent and professionalism is the skinny blond dental hygienist. They sent me a bill 4 months late for something they forgot to bill me for. I choose them because my insurance and local convenience BAD IDEA.

As a new patient. I'll never go back. They don't explain to you what their doing and do more than what you ask for especially if have insurance. A general cleaning will cost you 300.00 with insurance. Very upset and when questioned about my bill, they could have cared less. It's all about money with this clinic.

Dr. Seppi and all the staff are wonderful. I have always been nervous of visiting the dentist and they all made my visit a pleasure and took all my fears away. They really care about you at Dr. Seppi's office. They treat you like family here.



The dental chairs even have tv's on them so you can pay attention to something else during your procedure. Very nice touch.
