Took my daughters pink dress with green polka dots she was going to wear for Apple Blossom. When I picked it up green polka dots were gone. They still charged me for cleaning and refused to pay for $130.00 dress. Going to file claim against them. Would give 0 stars if it were an option.

I took a comforter in for dry cleaning but they washed it. It was a gorgeous Australian Wool comforter & it was ruined. I know I told them dry clean when I dropped it off . It shrunk. It's ruined. I paid 129.00 for that comforter. They gave me back the cost of cleaning. I really started to cry. That was our favorite comforter. I have dealt with them 10 yrs & this was our first bad encounter.
