        I hired ProLawn to take a load off of my shoulders with multiple properties. I paid in full upfront (1st mistake). While the tech was at my house applying treatment, I was home and wanted to watch the process. From the start (arrival time) to finish (driving away) was a total of 8 minutes, and I never observed him enter my back yard. I called ProLawn to complain, and instead of trying to rectify the situation, they doubled down on the support of their employee. I requested a full refund, because I didn't feel I could trust that the work was being completed to my satisfaction. ProLawn instead refunded less than 60%, and charged a $30.00 processing fee (read contract), only after I reached out to them on numerous occasions.
