CVS Pharmacy

I love the drive through but, they lack communication and procrastinate on filling medications. I dropped off the prescriptions and they took copies of my grandsons insurance at 10:45am. At 5 oclock my husband went there on his way home from work and it still wasnt done and they wanted the insurance info again. My husband had to get out of the drive through line and go inside. He had to call me saying they didnt have the info..... I told him that they DID. It got straightened out but what's the point of taking the info in the be ginning or even having a drive through if we have to go through this crap?? Communicate with your workers people! Our time is just as precious as yours!

Took two days to fill one scription and I cannot get anyone on the phone to see if its done yet..Worst Pharmacy ever
