        I walked out of this subway this evening. While one of the two workers was busy making sandwiches for one of the 2 customers and second gal waiting with a child in tow, I was looking over my choices and then decided my request was going to take longer given the fact that the other gal a blonde was on her cell phone by the register. I don't care if your are on your 15 minute break, break rooms or space was made for this very purpose. Chatting on the phone while potential customers are waiting is in noway a good idea for a service oriented business to present itself especially when there are restaurant choices within or sharing the same sidewalk space. Given the fact that so many good experienced people are out of jobs, this is a ridiculous habit to get into. Get rid of this employee and find someone who really wants to help good folks waiting.
