Dunkin'

Not happy with the service at all. been there 8 times every time received the impression that i was not black enough for the white female manager and her predominantly black staff . I was polite and friendly just didn't receive the same in return. watched the black and hispanic costumers receive a warm welcome ,but just could not receive the same only once from a white young lady for michigan , but not from the rest of the staff especially not from the white manage that carried her self very urban and unprofessional. My last visit, i was in at 5 am ask the manager to use the rest room and i was told that it was down ,i then responded to her that the w fay was down as well her response to this was " i don't care whats down it makes no difference to me . I than informed her that it was not her responsibility to care only try to provide the services to her costumers. i than asked her to turn up the AC because it was uncomfortably cold, she refused. i than set down to drink my coffee which was prepared with a cream and sugar reversal when i want to the counter to correct the mix up i was met with rolling i eyes and i poor attitude, but the order was corrected. i would not recommend this store to visit at all unless your from the neighbor hood the staff just make you feel unwelcome .
