Creative Edge Pools and Spa

Was extremely impressed with Creative Edge Pools. I don't understand the bad review on here. This company is very professional never had any issues. A few delays but to be expected we do live in new england the weather can get crazy. The out come was just a I had imagined. My family and I are enjoying every minute of it. Thanks for making our backyard our oasis. Highly recommend.

We contracted with Creative Edge Pools almost a year ago, the project was supposed to be completed in 3 months. We did make the pool bigger but it was communicated to us by the owner, David, on-site that the pool could be completed a few weeks after the originally discussed date. We are about 8-9 months into the project. Throughout the project, there has been no shows, late shows, arriving with half the stock to complete the items that were planned for completion that day. There has been communication issues with the office and downright rude behavior from the office with absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. They just don't care about their clients that pay $80K for a pool.

Long review Short, the customer service from the "Office" is non existent, common decency is no existent. My pool is 3/4 of the way finished, spa doesn't work shoddy work, Lisa from the office wants to get paid the final payment with the pool not completed. LMAO STAY CLEAR FAR CLEAR from this company

People don't pay their bills and expect to finish their pools. Not in the business to pay for their projects.

BAD NEWS!!!!! They do not finish their pools that they start. They promise a 30-day work period ....not. It has been a year and still not done. DO NOT HIRE THEM !!!!!!!!!

I just recently had a new in ground pool put in by Creative Edge Pools and Spa and it came out awesome!! They went above and beyond anything I could ever have imagined!! Not only do they sell the pool they are also the ones that actually build and install the whole thing! Which made me feel confident in the quality of my pool. I highly recommend this company!!
