Airstream HVAC

BEWARE, DO NOT USE this company called Airstream HVAC or also called Dragon Air HVAC. The had two units put in last year and this year is the first time using it. The units both are leaking, my basement has about an 1/2 inch of water and the unit in the second floor has leaked and ruined my ceiling. I have called Eugene the owner and he promised to come out to fix the problem so I waited the whole day and he never came and no phone calls and so I call him back and again he promise to come out and again there is no show. At this point he is not returning or answering my calls. My only option now is to take him to court.
