Brandywine Podiatry

At the Brandywine Podiatry office on N.Bancroft parkway in Wilmington, DE there is a doctor named Jonathan Contompasis. I rate this doctor as a 1 star because he will prolong the office visits, over charge you, and not provide a solution to your problem. I had my feet molded for an orthotic and once he realized the orthotic did not work (and caused more problems) he stopped responding to emails, phone calls, and obviously billed the insurance company as much as he could. I would definitely not recommend him.

We went to the Silverside Road office. The doctor was very caring and removed part of my son's ingrown toenail the same visit, quickly. However, they then scheduled us for two follow-up visits, one two weeks or so after, and one a month after, which was today. This morning after 9am, after I had already woken and rushed four children around the house trying to get ready to leave, as well as having kept my son out of school, someone from the office called my house saying they have to "move" my son's 10:15 appointment! I feel that this was extremely unprofessional, and they said there were no other doctors, or assistants, or anyone available to check his toe even though there are numerous other doctors listed on their website; then they tried to force me to keep him home another day though when I was adamant that he miss no more school they grudgingly assigned him a 4:30 appointment on Thursday. The woman said she tried to call last week, but that is bs, because I have no missed calls or voicemails from them. She also had a slight attitude problem. If I would have cancelled on them like that they would have charged me something like $50! Where's my compensation for being inconvenienced?? I swear, one more incident and I'll take him somewhere else! I don't care if I have to travel out of my way to do it! SMH
