Tenant screening including credit scores, criminal background checks, employment and evictions history, social security number verification and actual call all references including landlords, employers and personal references Submit all screened and qualified applications to the property owner for approval Negotiate rent and lease terms Annual lease review and recommendation of potential rent increases as market conditions permit Semi-annual property inspections Records maintenance Rental licenses and code compliance Security Deposit Escrow management and required documentation to comply with state law On-line tenant rent payments and statements Other services available upon request

        This property management company is outstanding. Omar has gone above and beyond to rent out our property. We are currently selling and he has gone out of his way to make sure our property was ready. We have dealt with other property management companies and this is by far the best!

        Awesome experience dealing with the team at APM. They took over an eviction process that i had failed at. They found a new tenant and for the first couple months they have been on time! Lifesavers!
