        Overall

        The apartment is easy to move in, but they are so many problems after you move in. The drainage is bad and management try to repair but still blockages from other apartments effects you.Hot water supply is funky, it takes a lot of time to come. Too noisy at times. Too much light if you get bedroom facing car park. Not worth for the rent.
