Mailed mortgage payments mail boxes were vandalized some stole mail changed name and amounts on checks had file police report and deal with bank was horrible had to wait two weeks because of new account changing everything this is horrible

I go to this post office almost every day,
Any time I deal with this so called "supervisor " I leave with this feeling "how dare you to come to my post office "
It is time to do something about it. This is our post office, not hers. This rude, ignorant, lazy postmaster needs to GO.

The postmaster she has no customer skills she doesn't have respect for people who come into the post office to do their business there and what amazes me is the post office hasn't removed her from service I mean look at this post office it has one star you know is someone nicer to be there as of now I will be going somewhere else to get service I will not go to that post office. It's pretty sad when I live 2 blocks away from willow Springs post office and I have to go somewhere else because the postmaster is not a nice person to deal with if she's not happy in the job then she needs to find something else to do in life that will make her happy because dealing with people she has no customer service

The supervisor at the Willow Springs post office on Archer is the meanest, laziest and most incompetent supervisor I have encountered in my seventy two years. Who hired her, why does she have this job and who is responsible for supervising her? She has done everything possible to preclude me from getting my mail and resolving a problem not of my making for over a month. Sadly, no resolution in sight. No wonder people hate the government. Alternatively, my multi decade experience with the Western Springs, IL post office has been fabulous. People really do matter

Panton the post master the manager and what ever she act who she is she needs to be removed from Willow Springs post office. She deliberately destroying my mail and returning back to sender since March of 2016. Please use another post office don't go there at all. I went to ask why she return my package and she told me as long as she is manager there I will not get a single mail and I did not get any since then very rude terrible person she act like she own the whole town. I had to reroute my all mail because of her people don't use that post office

There is a rude lady working in this location. It does not matter what I am going to do: send a package or buy stamps I always leave the place unhappy. I heard she is a postmaster. This is not only my opinion. Lots of Willow Springs people say they don't even stop by this location. They would rather go to different one where people are nice and helpful. The way she talks to customers is rude and very unpleasant. I hope she will be replaced soon with someone who comes to work to serve people not to just be there for paycheck.
