        I read a prior review from ano...

        I read a prior review from another customer and it seemed a little too harsh. I had taken several pieces in over the years to repair and had nothing but great service. This time I took by itouch in with a broken screen and they called me later that evening with a fair estimate to repair. I approved the estimate and they had it ready for me the next morning. Great service!! I also looked online to research what other would have charged me and Lifetime Service was 20% lower.
