Dr. Lin is truly an authentic physician. "First, do no harm." I have never been to a doctor in my 60 years of living who empowered me to feel that I know my body best. Dr. Lin does just that. She listens very carefully to what you are saying. She allows you to mentally adjust to any recommendations and suggestions from her medical perspective (of course these were non life threatening conditions) before gently saying, "OK we've tried your ideas and approach now let's try this and see how you feel and how it works" If you want to approach a condition and try more natural solutions first, she is 100% behind that. When you are in your appointment she takes all the time you need and you feel 100% of her attention and focus. That may mean you have to wait so bring a good book to your appointment. I felt I was always taken in a reasonable amount of time (20 to 30 minutes and often on time) barring any emergencies that may have made her late or behind. She shares the latest research as it pertains to your issues, finds out more about information you may bring to her attention, and is a PARTNER in your health care. She is compassionate, very approachable, and has a high level of social/emotional intelligence. A truly inspiring medical doctor!
