Deer Creek Sales, Inc.

Rude, arrogant and ignorant Owner/president Dan Bauer. I was researching a $25K - $30K purchase, received his first quote and politely invited him to re-quote to be more competitive. He was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me how I should select a dealer. Here's a newsflash Mr Bauer: thoughtful buyers do not grab at the first $ number you throw at them, they competitively bid it!!! I am now dealing with companies that were happy to compete and now I have quotes that are THOUSANDS of dollars less than his quote for the SAME product! My advice is STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

After two weeks and several excuses, I decided to just pick my mower up. the repairs were not done but I had all I could take. I was told it was going to be yet another week for parts they just discovered they needed. and the cost was now going to be $550 and another $150 if the change the oil, air filter, and spark plug.



After getting it home I ordered the parts on Amazon and had them shipped in two days. I repaired the problem myself in less than an hour. My cost for Amazon parts... $48.



I won't be back to Deer Creek sales. Very disappointed.

Took a couple weeks to repair a lawn mower.



Charged more than I was estimated.



The owner was very nice. I had high expectations, I was very disappointed in the end. Too bad.



I will not return.

I enjoyed the customer service I received at Deer Creek Sales Inc. I was looking for a hard to find Kubota model tractor. I was very satisfied how Dan handled my concerns and helped me get what I was looking for. Thanks Dan!
