It sure is nice to know we still have small businesses with great customer service. I havent dealt with a Verizon store for a long time because the last time wasnt pleasant to say the least. Telus treats us like they really want our business. The process by which they allow you to choose your phone and service cannot be matched.

I am tired of the wait time and treatment I received from the Verizon Wireless store and found that Telus Communications offers personal service and competitive phone pricing. Service is what matters most to me and I won't go to anyone else from now on.
