Absolute Zero Heating & Air Conditioning

Company has horrible service. One of their drivers almost caused a multi-collision accident after blocking a busy intersection. Driver swore repeatedly at me after I beeped at him. When I called the office they did not care at all. I spoke to someone claiming the driver was "his," who refused to even investigate, and he just gave an excuse about drivers working 20 hour shifts (why are they driving after working so much anyways?). When I told him he would never get business from me, he laughed and said that is what they all say until the AC breaks and hung up on me. Apparently, they believe they can do what ever they want because their service is so valuable. I suggest trying someone with a better reputation. When something goes wrong, these guys arent going to make it right.
