WORST rural internet company yet. SLOOOOW speeds (that you get to pay through the nose for), no guarantee that you will actually HAVE service at any given point, and when you call in to complain, they give you the same stock excuses every time (there's probably a tree limb in the way, maybe your neighbors are using up all of the bandwidth allotted for your area, maybe a butterfly farted 5 miles away and it's affecting your service, etc.). HORRIBLE and stuck in a never ending 2-year contract (that allows THEM to raise the rate any time they want without notice, but, doesn't give you any rights as a customer if you're not ok with that). SAVE YOURSELF!! RUN AWAY!! RUN FAST, RUN FAR!!!

I can't say that I disagree with any of the negative comments. The guy that installed Pixius at my home was fantastic, but of course I've never seen or spoken to him again. My issue is slow transfer speed. The are MANY times, especially in the evenings, when it is SO SLOW that I can't even open simple webpages such as Email. This can last for HOURS. You can complain, but no one at Pixius is concerned. You will be told that their records show that there are times when your speed EXCEEDS the speed you are paying for! Really? Well, yes, I'm guessing that by 2 am the traffic has slowed down and you probably WILL get faster speed than your account calls for. THAT ISN'T THE POINT! Pixius oversells tower capability to boost profit and then will tell you the rated speed you are paying for is only an "UP TO" speed, and not the actual speed you will receive. OF COURSE they DO NOT explain this to you until AFTER you have signed the contract. Overall, unless their service improves drastically I won't be renewing with them when my contract is up. If I had it to do over again I would definitely go another route.

We have been longtime customers of Pixius. My partner works virtual and it is critical to have service. Our router has been down now 4 days. We are moving on.

Do yourself a favor and pick another company for internet service. Their internet signal quit reaching my house so they want to charge ME $50 to come out and fix THEIR signal like it is my fault or something. Their customer service skills are severely lacking and they are constantly rude to their customers and unwilling to help. All they care about is their dollar signs. They will raise the price of internet drastically every year but it never benefits the customer. I'm not paying them another $70 a month for service that doesn't work.

Stay away from Pixius. There service is unreliable and they frequently have problems. Their manager and support staff are rude to customers. When things go wrong, they make excuses and refuse to give you credit or take responsibility for their breakdowns.

Great value

Pixius provides excellent service in underserved locations like mine. When you live in a rural area it is often impossible to get Internet service. Pixius was there when I needed them.
