Lincoln Meadows Apartments

I have been living at Lincoln Meadows for years, and I will warn you they will not fix things. My ac has been broken for a YEAR, and they have not fixed it. Every time I call, they say they are calling me back and nobody does. A YEAR. If they "fix it," they say it's beyond repair and put WATER in it. I used to say this place was great about fixing things, but this is beyond ridiculous. I do not recommend them anymore, find a place that provides the service you pay them for. At one point, I would have given five stars, but after this past year... one. There are have been other issues, but not as bad as this one. I can't wait to move. Find somewhere else is my personal recommendation.

I have lived at Lincoln Meadows twice now... I have dealt with both management teams including Gayle and Amy, ambos management teams in office staff have been great to me. my apartment is fabulous, I live on the top floor so I have an extra room... these are very spacious apartments. as far as noise I am lucky because I don't hear anything ever from any of my neighbors.... my balcony faces a courtyard so it's also very quiet. the laundry rooms are nice because you have to have a key to enter and there's a nice lounge if you want to hang out in there why you do your laundry. the grounds always look nice I always see them watering and taking care of it. if I didn't love these apartments I wouldn't have moved back as I am a single female, I find it a safe bright area and have never encountered any issues. the only thing I would like is an adult swim time because there are lot of children up the pool, but it still rates a 5 in my book!
