I called to ask about some information because I wanted to buy a laptop and sell my laptop that I bought 1 year ago. The man who answered the phone didn't state his name, but was obviously was in a bad mood. I had several questions to ask and the man asked me what kind of computer I had I told him it was the Toshiba c55 which is a new model I just bought last year and before I could ask him any questions he told me he wasn't interested and hung up on me. If the owner of this business has people like that answering their phones, why would I want to use their services at all? I hope they think about that next time.
