"Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Wichita came and did a little work on my water heater that is still under warranty today. I love that I can trust them to come into my home and do work even when I am not home. I also appreciate the fact that they are neat, always wearing shoe covers when they are walking inside my house. The last thing I want to say is that the technician wrote me a note that while he was waiting to make sure the water heater would stay lit for 30 mins, he noticed that my air filter to my AC might need to be replaced as it was getting a little dirty. We have had BENJAMIN PLUMBING for all long time now. They have really been great. Today they sent Adam, what a wonderful young man!!!!!!! Not only outstanding worker but kind , curtious, and very dedicated to his customers and BENJAMIN FRANKLIN !! Ben Franklin's plumber Dare came to my house when my upstairs toilet started leaking water all over the place. He was really polite and helpful in explaining why it was leaking. We ended up with a brand new toilet that to my amazement really flushes good. I had heard horror stories about the low flush toilets. It was a Gerber something he installed. All I care is that it flushes really really good. He also cleaned up when he was done. Will definitely use them again
