Terrible! Awful Customer Service. I complained about them not picking up the recycling and they said that they were canceling my service at the end of April. Because I complained about them missing 3 weeks of service. I had just paid two weeks ago - 86.00. They said my refund would be 40.00 due to a cancellation charge. RUDE! And trash is all that needs to be said this company is trash.

I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! I am very aware of what goes on in the Wichita trash world! Jim spencer the owner of this company got fired from waste connections he was the mid west regional manager. Spencer never has been a trash man, just a con artist in the trash business this is the guy who sends mail outs with WC saying we will haul your trash for cheap then before you know it you will be paying 3x more then what you started.. After he was fired he decided it was time to get his own business to try to run out all of the local haulers plus give waste connections a run for there money. If you don't like Waste connections this guy is him!!! There is no way this guy can haul trash this cheap when WC owns the transfer station with trash fees of 60.50 a ton and recycling @ 90 dollars a ton, providing new trash cans @ 60 dollars, (2) brand new trucks @ 300,000 EACH! Diesel fuel, drivers the lists goes on and on! So now the big question would you haul trash for 45 Dollars a quarter that's $3.75 a pick up & recycling 9 dollars a quarter that's .75 cents a pick up with all of the costs to run a trash business in the Kansas weather ranging from -10 to 110 degrees, if you answered No you answered correctly! Because I promise you when he runs out all the small locals your bill will increase by double !

I heard the good news there was a new trash service provider. Great prices but poor service and customer service. I switched services due to my current provider leaving trash scattered after a pick up.

I have had 2 pick ups from this company and both were create in the evening. So if you put the trash on the curb early morning and it sits. It attracts dogs, birds, etc. Living in a home association development you have to have things in order or you will be fined. So I called them to see if there was a way that I can find out what time their in my area to maybe wait a little later in the morning before the trash is pulled from behind the fence. The gentlemen showed no remorse just advised he can only provide a day. Remind you this was after memorial day and there was alot of trash do to a cook out.

So I asked for refund and im taking my business elsewhere. Yes it is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

Hey Wichita-there’s an awesome new trash company in this city. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, helpfulness and expertise. My mother was moving and we hired this company for the price of their dumpsters. When I was trying to finish cleaning the shed they arrived to pick up the dumpster. I met the driver-Joe near the dumpster and begged him to come back in an hour because I wasn’t quite done. At first he said he would-then he asked how much I had left to throw away. He walked with me to the shed and to my amazement began to help me throw the stuff I had left away. I was so amazed that he cared enough to help me finish the job. I should add that I am a woman and there were several things in the shed that were heavy. He carried them to the dumpster and in some cases broke the objects down so that they would fit in the dumpster. He stayed helping me until we had everything in the dumpster. I am so thankful that there are kind and generous people left in this world. If you are in need of a great trash service-please contact these people. You will be thankful that you did. I highly recommend Air Capital Waste.
