DR MOSIANT AND HIS ASSISTANTS ARE GREAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY LISTEN AND INTERN HELP YOU OUT WITH WHATEVER IS BOTHERING OR HURTING YOU.

NOW THE CLINIC SIDE IS A DIFFRENT STORY! ONE SAY MY FOOT WAS SWOLLEN AND HAD AN XRAY DONE THE P.A. SAID THERES NOTHING WRONG, THE NEXT DAY I GET A PHONE CALL FROM MY FAMILY PHSYCIAN WHO TELLS ME MY FOOT HAS STRESS FRACTURES. (BRACE FOR 3 MONTHS )
WHY DO THEY LET THESE P.A.'S OR WHATEVER THEY ARE WORK HER IF THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE.
WENT TO THE CLINIC SIDE ONE DAY AFTER WORK, SHOULDER PAIN INTENSE PAIN AND MENTIONED THE WORD WORK SHE WOULDNT SEE ME, HOWEVER , THEY STILL TOOK MY CO-PAY AND THEY STILL CHARGED THE INS COMPANY AS IF I HAD BEEN SEEN. RIP OFF!!!!!!


I WILL TELL YOU THE WORST ONE IS THE DITZZY BLOND P.A. SHE HAS NO BED SIDE MANNER, VERY SHORT AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOW WHEN I HAVE TO GO THE CLINIC I ALWAYS ASK WHOS WORKING CAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO ENCOUNTER HER.

WELL I YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL AND COMPASION THEN DR MOSIANT AND STAFF IS WHO YOU WANT.

STAY AWAY. Urgent care practices with only a physician assistant. NO Doctor. As customers that is what our insurance is paying for not a physician assistant.
Their goal is to get you to become "established with their family practice" .
I went to the urgent care for backpain. Requested a referral from the PA. I ony found out their was only a PA on the premises AFTER I was in the patient room and waiting.
I informed the person there that they should inform the customer that they are only the PA.
I was already there and paid for the service. The PA after his eval I asked for a referral to a specialist to get a steroid injection. He gave me a RX for Medrol and Tramadol. I gave hime the Tramadol back since is not a pain pill and I did not ask for it.
I called back on Friday for follow up on the referral. I had already talked to Dr Herrens office about appt. I was told I needed a referral. I talked to the the Pain and Rehab Clinic they also needed a referral. I was told by the RN in the urgent care clinic no one could access my chart. The PA I saw was off for the weekend.
I called back on Monday am. A different RN looked in my chart and told me there was nothing about a referral. Was I getting a run around on Friday? Took my number for PA to call me he never did. I called for him and he would never get on the phone. It was back and forth with the receptionist telling me 'I should ask who I was gonna see'. I told her they should post it at the desk so that the customer is informed. I/my health insurance paid for me to see a doctor.
I referred to their complaint line Judy the Administrator and left her a lengthy message. She passed it off to their nurse practitioner who discussed it with the suupervising MD.
Who said "you can make your own appt with a Neurologist or become established patient with Kell Family practice" and get this "they would determine if I needed to see a specialist. If I had done that they would have been laughing all the way to the bank erroneous charges/x-rays that they as family practitioners do not provide the service I needed. Yeah this is socialized medicine. Choices are non-existent. No access without somebody else getting your money too. I informed the NP I have my MRI I don't neet a family practiioner who will not/cannot provide what I need. Waste my money and my health insurance money. Amounts to fraudulent practice to me.

I have been going to Dr. Tadros for over 20 years, and have been extremely satisfied with care from him and all the department in CNT. Cannot go wrong with Dr. Tadros and his staff.

We love this clinic. Pretty much every member of our family has been here for one reason or another over the years and we have had nothing but good experiences.
