My family recently bought a couch at Ashley. We arrived about an hour before closing. We were treated amazingly. We told the associate what we were exactly looking for and he was very helpful. We had an amazing experience. We will definitely be shopping there again.

Our salesman, Craig, went above and beyond to help us and answer all of our questions. He even came up and met us on his day off to help us decide.

All of the deliveries went super smooth and the guys were in and out in no time! all my items were in great condition and the movers were super careful and clean when they came in the home.

Great selection. The sales staff was very knowledgable and friendly. We love our new sectional and mattress.

Good Customer Service. Excellent delivery of furniture, very professional drivers. Quality of furniture as expected.

The staff were polite and they delivered my furniture fast! I love my bedroom set I got from Ashley's I would recommend them to anyone they have good quality furniture!

everyone can sell , but no customer service after the sale. I purchased a Dining room and Living room set. The dining room set has a bench and chairs. The chairs and bench are in a terrible way put together, all the time the srews comes loose. I took the bench back to the store to get repaired. No call back to let me know if the bench is fixed and ready for me to pick up. I went to the store to find out the bench was in the warehouse. I was told to get a call back to set up a delivery date. That was not done. This is now going on for about three months leaving me without my bench.
I would not recommend this store, and have to think about to buy this brand again.

BEWARE!

Ordered a sectional on October 13th. Delivery was on October 27th, however not all of the sectional was delivered and I was NOT notified that I would not be receiving all of my sectional. The warehouse manager informed that she called both my boyfriend and myself and left us both a voicemail. We have no record of such a phone call or voicemail on our end and to be honest we don't believe that we magically both missed a call and voicemail, but were able to receive subsequent phone calls from the store and a call for a customer service survey. Since then, I have called the store which I purchased the sectional and the warehouse I was told it would be delivered from to get an update on progress made (the missing piece was supposedly damaged). To date, I have been given NO answer directly from the warehouse, the warehouse only says they will call me back, but never do (sometimes the store which I purchased the sectional can get and answer, but it's never a consistent answer, I believe it's just one to suffice until I get impatient again and decide to call). However, I will no longer will be calling the store to try and help me. I was personally insulted along with my boyfriend, by one of the business managers because we work for the federal government...he was implying that I must know all about customer service practices (I critiqued him on his lack of help) since all government workers are lazy (my boyfriend is in the Air Force and I work on base as a civilian). NO contact has been made by the warehouse with myself. I have made ALL contact on my OWN. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

We came in only to check out what Ashley’s had not looking to buy at this moment. However we found 3 different items to choose from. Not only did we have such great options we also got a GREAT deal on a sofa and love seat. Thanks to our sales associates she was very great and knowledgeable.

Excellent overall experience. From outstanding sales support, to timely delivery and excellent customer service in addressing minor issues, we could not have been more pleased. We will continue to shop with Ashley.

Sales associates were pleasant and very informative! Got a great deal on a new living room set! Delivery was fast, on time and exactly how we were told it would be! White glove service all around!

gave me a runaround trying to order. then when i finally get them to order they tell me my furniture was discontinued the day before. hard to believe but possible i guess. they tell me there are overe a hundred in the wherehouse but all are spoken for. i call around to other ashley stores and they all say yes it is discontinued but still available until supplies run out. talked to 5 stores in surrounding communities and they all said they could still get it. one store in ardmore actually has it in stock! looks like a road trip is in order! i basically got the impression they didn't want to mess with it. don't think i'll waste my time (or theirs) again....
