CWP Air Conditioning & Heating

High price... Not so high customer service. I contacted CWP for a quote on a new installation and would not given a ballpark figure of what it would cost. I was told only the tech could provide pricing. Therefore, I scheduled an appt with the tech and he met me at my house. He was very friendly, professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. Without looking too much at my home he provided me a ball park figure of $14,000. He sold this as a top quality service and equipment. Although I was hesitant to even consider them for a home I had previously been quoted $5,500 for, I figured i would get the official quote and consider the pros and cons of going with CWP. I was told the exact quote would take a week to generate, but I never received it. I was willing to take their quote into consideration because I figured they would provide a level of service no one else would. Unfortunately, they charge a high price for the same service everyone else is providing. If your going to charge more, it would be a good idea to make sure you provide better service than what everyone is providing.

Excellent service....very good customer service and they do great work. My air conditioner was clogged and I called CWP and they came right away and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

i called this company 2 months ago and they fixed my furnace.my furnace stopped working again and they came out again i decided to replace it,phillip gave me a offer and gave me credit from the repairs he did two months ago.he installed a lennox furnace and let me tell you this unit is really quiet i am glad i took his recommendation there is value with this company

This company came out when no one else would. At 8 PM, Franklin came and quickly found the problem to my furnace and the best part about this, he only charged me a service call fee. I was expecting to pay more for after hour services. I was so happy that my furnace was fixed that I gave him a tip for fixing my furnace and for coming out so late. I recommend this company for sure!

Pomona CA. My air conditioning was not working. Phillip was referred by one of the members from the LDS church. He really took his time and analyzed the air conditioning system after it was repaired. He explained how the system has to be running for at least 15 minutes to begin taking accurate measurements. He gave me tips on what I can do to keep my system working efficiently. Phillip came across as someone who cares about what he does and did not make me feel dumb when I asked questions about my thermostat. I did not feel he rushed through the entire process and, based on his knowledge, I feel I got my money's worth. I am keeping his number and recommend him.

We live in Pasadena, my wife and I changed our entire ac system. We are thrilled we chose CWP Heating and Air. Phillip and Franklin did what was outlined in our contract and went above and beyond their scope of work without charging us extra. When the inspector came, even he said it was a quality installation. This made me and my wife very happy we chose them. I like the fact that they protected our wood flooring. When they were done, the floor looked the way as when they first came. I would highly recommend these guys.
