        Diane is knowledgeable. She was spot on going over all the things that could come up. Seemed to have the 6th sense of what my rescue would need. It is evident that she loves her work. She spent so much time ensuring that I would have the knowledge needed for my dog. Obvious that she is caring and genuine. She is honest and realistic. Kudos to Diane. I can't thank you enough.
