        Calling for general information

        I called this company in regards to getting general information on a possible consultation. The rep that answered the phone instead of providing any information that may influence me to choose their company replied who are you and why are you asking these questions then proceeded to ask me what area code i was calling from. I found him to be completely rude and unprofessional.
