Michelle always does a great job with our Jenna. Due to finances, Jenna doesn't get groomed every 6 weeks as she should but when Michelle is done with her magic...Jenna is a happy girl. She will groom her as we ask and Jenna always comes back happy. Michelle's facility is clean and very friendly.

I have two dogs and my mini aussi was always afraid to go to the groomer until we started going to Happy Tails. They are both so comfortable there and always come back looking great. Michelle always does exactly what you ask and beyond. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Michelle is just the best. She is so loving with our dog and always puts her right at ease, even though our dog does tend to be squeamish with those she doesn't know well. She always knows exactly what to do and goes way above and beyond. She is simply the best.

I have been very happy with this groomer. She listens to detail and took special care for my Goldendoodle who had a broken leg. I tried two other places before going to Michelle.

My name is Michelle , just a note about the negative review . You can only do so much with a severely matted dog that the owners told me they have not groomed in a year . It must be shaved and as bad as it was you can't help but get some Knicks, I told going in that it could not be saved . You can not brush out that bad of matting as far as the other dog I worked on brushing for four hours and no dog should have to go through that . Shame on poor pet owners for not regularly brushing your own dog !!!! If you want to see pics just come and see I have them .

Awesome groomers!!! This is the first place that I am totally happy with!!! She is the first person to groom my dog, with all his restrictions, that follows our guidelines and my dog comes home beautiful and happy instead of others coming home traumatized! I now go to only her and has been for over a year now!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! I have two Great Pyrenees, which have long, white fur, and one needed heavy grooming, the male, Flurry. They groomed the female very nicely (she is easy to clean), but they didn't even try to groom Flurry. They just shaved the poor thing. They didn't try to be careful about it, either. We brought him home full of cuts from the razor, and they didn't even notice the mats in his ears. We now have a thoroughly embarrassed and sore dog on our hands.
