        As the spouse of a “SERIOUS PITMASTER”, I frequently enjoy GREAT BBQ. When we traveled to Tennessee we went to Carl’s Perfect Pig & it was WONDERFUL! We have talked multiple times about going back to Tennessee & when there making sure we get to Carl’s at least once.... maybe more!!!
        I have never heard such positive comments about any other BBQ!

        best bbq around!!!

        My family and I love Carl's. It is definately the best BBQ you will find around middle TN. I don't know exactly how Carl does it, but I know that the smoked chicken is awesome. The choice of decoration is not the best, but the taste is worth the crazy pink booths!! We like to bring our out of town guests here to experience some good country BBQ!

        About: Carl's Perfect Pig The Perfect Pig came about after two people were searching for a place to eat Real Old-Fashioned Pit Bar-B-Que. We found that Old-fashioned Open Pit Bar-B-Que had been replaced by today's modern oven-style methods of cooking and not Bar-B-Que the way it used to be. We soon decided to leave the companies we were working for and to continue the tradition of Real Old-fashoined Pit Bar-B-Que. After months of cooking, lots of advice and the help of Bill's famous Bar-B-Que sauce, we felt we had come up with the Perfect Pig Bar-B-Que. Today we continue with the same idea of quailty food on all our menu items. We make sure our Seasoned Home Cooked Vegetables, Charbroiled Burgers, Chicken and Steaks are always cooked to Perfection and just the way YOU like them. Although a few things have changed since our beginings over 25 years ago (how time flies!), we are one of only a few BBQ places that still believes in carrying on the tradition of cooking Bar-B- Que the way we feel it should be done. We hope you'll agree!
