        Please don't use this service -- waste of money and time

        I used this service first on 1/25/11 and a 'Technician' was sent to diagnose the problem with my Horizon Elliptical 625e. The problem was 'diagnosed' as stepper motor not working (Horizon has this motor replaceable under warranty - I wasn't told this) and I ordered it for $60 through another company. The stepper motor was delivered, I installed it and the problem was not resolved.



        Barry services sent the same 'Technician' again (on 2/11/11) and he told me that he spoke with Horizon Tech support (what's the need to talk with Horizon support? a qualified Technician should be able to resolve the issue by himself) and apparently, either the changed stepper motor didn't work or the console didn't work (how's that for a diagnosis?). So, I talked with Horizon again and they sent me another motor - didn't fix the problem!



        So, here I am, after paying for the Barry services 'Technician' and the motor, still ordering more parts!



        NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!! THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF ANY REPAIR!
