Just of Dupage

I would appreciate the e-mail address for DuPage County Government. I'm a senior citizen, and telephone calls and postage stamps, not including stationery, are expensive. I prefer to use e-mail. I wanted to send them a strange telephone number I received about a week ago: 630-789-1360m and my Caller ID listed it as "DuPage County, Illinois." When I picked up the phone, the recording said to "Please hold while we transfer your call to another agent." I held a couple of minutes, nothing happend, so I hung up. I thought this was important enough to notify the DuPage County Government, but Oh Well! Every other day, sometimes twice a day, I receive ludicrous e-mails from Nigeria, or England about my fantastic winnings of over $250,000 or $l million. These are forward onto the FBI enforcement agency.
