Lutheran Medical Center, based in Wheat Ridge, Colo., is a 400-plus-bed, community-based hospital that offers specialized care to people of all age groups. The center operates a heart center that offers cardiology services to inpatients and outpatients, such as diagnoses, treatment and rehabilitation using advanced equipment. Its radiation oncology center is equipped with latest technology for radiation therapy. The center offers services for the prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders. Lutheran Medical Center operates a center for women and infants that feature a neonatal care unit and whirlpool tubs in labor rooms.
