Was involved with a real estate transaction with this company and was given an invoice by them that the work was completed and they were looking for the remaining payment. It was inspected upon completion and a good portion of the work was not done. I very respectfully and professional called to inquire as to why this was the case and left several voicemails with no returned calls and upon calling again received the manager/owner. She very quickly and ignorantly told me that she wouldn't explain anything what so ever to me, that she already explained this to others and didn't need to keep repeating herself to 5 different people, as to what is going on or why this happened. I then asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager and then told me the conversation was over and hung up on me. As a real estate professional who is involved with several transactions and repairs needed to complete those transactions I have never experienced such unprofessionalism or anything like this ever where a contractor sent an completed invoice requiring the remaining payment when the work wasn't all complete.
