If you need your product serviced in a timely manner don't call here. I purchased a Heat n Glo fireplace insert 3 years ago. It is great when it works. I have had issues with the product from the beginning. They have been out numerous times and the problem has never been fixed. The unit won't light when it is cold out. This is not a good problem for a fireplace. A year ago I called to have someone come out an look at the unit. I was told it would be about a month before someone could come out. It turns out their service person quit. I called a month later and they apologized and said someone would be out soon. I never heard back from them again. About a week ago I emailed them and the manufacturer explaining the situation again and asked for a response to help resolve the situation. I have not heard back from either one. If the store or supplier won't stand behind their products, get them to work,or at respond to a customer they shouldn't be in business. Disappointed in Eldersburg

During a annual inspection and cleaning of a gas fireplace that cost $165.00, they charged me another $165.00 to replace a thermopile. I took 3 mins, and the part cost $30.00. They just want to rob you of your money and charge outrageous prices! Do yourself a favor and find a different company
