I have been in this "shop" a couple times and nobody ever seems to want to help me, and when they do it seems they have a bad attitude. It is no different contacting them by phone. I will shop elswhere.

Paul's is a friendly store but, they lack communication to there customers. I ordered and prepaid for a part on Jan 14th 2011 and as of Feb 2nd I have had no returned phone call after leaving several messages, no follow up phone call regarding the status of my part. I have made all the effort to communicate from; calling them and talking to someone live and had personally came to there store and they still had no answer regarding the part and where it is. I was told this would take approx 1 wk now going on three. I understand the business is high but, take 5 min every 5-7 business days to contact your customer's and they would be more understanding. I am frustrated just because I have yet to receive phone call #1 from this retailer in 3 weeks ( except for my time to call them of coarse.) Nice folks but, need better customer service.

dont go here.

i droped my mower off for a tune up.talked to owner (paul)was very nice he told me two to three weekes.3 weeks later no calls.so i called them.left msg after msg.two day later stell nothing.finly got a hold a some one.was told with no ticket # they cant help.and was blown off.dont wast your time.they suck!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with the customer service.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I went to get a cable for a Bolen lawn mower because Paul's is listed as dealer. I waited for 10 minutes before being helped by a heavier set lady. She was rude and short with me because I didn't have the full part number. Then told me to come back with the part number in order to get help. I went to another dealer and got the part with the same information. If you need help with your lawn mower...go somewhere else!
