I am very disappointed. I came in the salon and told the hairdresser that I want ombre hair. That means brown at the top and blond at the ends. After she demonstrated what she needed to do she told me the price. I have shoulder long hair. The price was $235. Well it is very pricey but I thought if she does it really well it might be worth it. So I came in with dark brown hair. And this is no joke I came out with dark brown hair. It doesn't look bad but it's absolutely not what I wanted for $235. I am shocked and will never return to Carlton's. Oh and the friendliness was lacking too. I had the feeling my hairdresser asked me some questions because she had to and then she waited for the answers and stopped talking for a good amount of time until she asked another question which she didn't really care about.

I would recommend the Carlton Hair Salon in the Westminster Mall next to Target , There Team of ladies are very well trained to the senior hair stylist and all the other ladies on staff as well. As most of us we want to look our best. I had Stephani Ramirez work on my hair, She's very sweet & my hair looks amazing! I have problems with color staying in my hair, but not with there product it has lasted the longest . My hair ROCKS!!
