        I live in a sub division and Owens is the contracted snow removal company. We have 9 inches of snow, no plows. People lcan’t leave the subdivision. It’s been 3 days. I called the company and the man who answered wanted to know how I obtained his number which was listed on the company answering machine. Was told to call our HOA President then hung up on me.
