STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went to this Oil Change in the late fall, Paid $52.00 for an oil change because my 4 cylinder 2013 Chevrolet Sonic required "special" oil. Never heard of this before at any other place, but said no problem and paid. They re-filled all my fluids and filled up the washer fluid completely cause it was empty. 2 months later, it starts getting cold and no windshield fluid is coming out. I needed it badly to help defrost the ice. Thought it was strange because I haven't used it much since the oil change. I ended up taking it to a mechanic just to find out that the crap Five Star put into my windshield wiper fluid tank was CHEAP watered down garbage that froze in my lines and burned my PUMP! I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars to have it fixed. I called this Five Star Oil Change place multiple times, spoke to guys named "Hass, Moe, and another guy who claimed to be the manager, cant remember his name" they all told me they couldn't help me and took down my info and said the owner would call me to help resolve this problem. Never received a call... I watched the mechanic empty out the slush that came out of my lines with my own eyes. He wrote me a report and I have a receipt for the repair. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau!

This place is kick a**! I went to 2 different oil change establishments before stumbling across this place and afterwards I felt like a guardian angel actually sent me this direction!

Why? I got speedy and excellent service and I didn't even have to get out of my car! I could even hang out with my baby in the backseat and keep him entertained.

After having had several oil changes here over the last year I have to admit that this place has a solid service staff that I've come to trust to do good work. I've been an advocate of performing my own oil changes for a long time but since I finally have a rapport with these guys I just assume come here since it only costs a few dollars more than doing it myself.



That said, I'm rarely ever here more than 15 minutes and I feel like these guys don't try to scare me into buying unneeded services. They are fairly thorough too so I feel like my Jeep is being taken care of.

This place was absolutely amazing! I've never had such amazing customer service. They were fast, motivated, and eager to help. Highly recommended!

For a first time customer this place was great. I was in and out fairly quickly. The guys that worked there were great and they took very good care of my car. I'll be back soon for sure. Overall the service was exceptional, friendly clerks, and eager to please.

I aways have a good experience here. Mike and the guys have always done me right.

I don't hand out the five star rating very often, but when a place deserves it, it deserves it. The experience I had was outstanding, I could not think of one negative thing to say. Service is really fast, I had an oil and transmission fluid change in what I am going to say is less then 45 minutes. The staff were friendly and I never felt like I was getting the hard sale. Price wise, it's great, I felt everything was at a more then fare price. I will be definitely be taking my car here again.

HORRIBLE! They installed the wrong air filter which caused damage to our Mass Air Flow sensor. Had to dish out $125 to correct this with Ford, & the management was VERY rude about any reimbursement for THEIR mistake! AVOID AT ALL COST!
