        The care and service at this establishment was outstanding. Dr. Woods is a complete professional who takes the time to listen to her patients and address all of their concerns. Upon receiving my hearing aid Dr. Woods took all the time I needed to explain how it worked and how to use it. When I got home I was a little uncertain about how to use it and I sent her an e mail. She immediately returned my e mail and then called me from her home to ensure everything was working properly. Hder professionalism and patience is truly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Speech and Hearing Associates and Dr. Woods to anyone.
