        Big shout out to Network & I.T. Solutions & owner Jim Ruel. My wifes P.C. stopped loading and was totally unusable. brought it in to Jim this morning and within 10 minutes had it up & running good again. Big Thanks Jim! definitely found my electronics & computer repair shop.

        Before we moved from Arkansas ...

        Before we moved from Arkansas four years ago to Western MA I wanted to set up an appointment with someone to be with us on the second day in our new home to hook up a wireless network. Arbitrarily, I picked Network and IT Solutions on line and called him.



        Owner Jim Ruel has been our computer guy ever since. He's given good recommendations for upgrades, problem solved when needed, rescued data when husband's laptop died suddenly, and sometimes can walk you through an easy fix by phone. He's responsible and his prices are reasonable. Very happy with his work.
