        Overall

        The tech's are very friendly, however, we have a 3 year old system that they have not been able to adjust properly. We have spent over $1,200 in the past 6 months and they are not standing behind their service.

        Well these guys have been servicing my home for 3 years now, I have oil heat.

        My husband and i are separated , I had to go for job training for one week 2 states away. My ex agreed to stay at

        my place with the kids till i came back. They had issues with the heat and called someone in the phone book instead

        of calling me first. They came and fixed the issue so they said, charging my ex 130.00 diagnostic fee, plus an 89.00 hourly rate at time and a half for a 3 hr min plus the parts 3 where replaced.My ex while using his brain asked for the old parts.

        The heater had issues everyday since the repairs when i got home and found out i called KC Mechanical they came right out after talking to the technician he found out the flue pipe was blocked at the chimney from a dead squirrel.. After fixing it i asked him to check the old parts. he installed them back on the heater and adjusted some things. Its been running ever since.These guys are cheap, professional, funny and women friendly..
