Roof appears OK but the skylight was never finished. I had several appointments with the estimator to provide a quote and we spoke both times about the skylight and what all would be installed with it. Getting someone there for both the estimate and the install was somewhat problematic as they kept changing my appointment. after having a family emergency I paid the bill without checking the skylight and when I was soliciting bids for the "finish work" I found that the insert down into the attic was missing. I was told during both appointments that that would be installed as I asked specifically. I contacted the company and was told that they followed the contract. Yes, they followed the contract, the chute going into the attic was not mentioned on the contract so I have no leg to stand on even though the estimator and I spoke about it twice. I made Repeated attempts to get in touch with the manager and the owner and neither returned my call. the only thing the secretary kept repeating was that they followed the contract. they were very rude about the whole matter and on the defensive. Hmm......
