I just wanted to say that the service they provide at the West Springfield Post Office is the best in the area! They are always so friendly and the line always moves quickly.... Every person who works behind the counter knows their stuff and is always quick to offer inexpensive options for your shipping!! If you have to mail something, it's the very best!!

The phone at the post office is constantly busy. The letter carrier that I have has left me 2 notices in a week that there is a certifidd letter for me. I have been home sick for weeks and home every day. Not once did he even get out of his jeep to knock and then they say no one is home. Poor service. May be time for a new postmaster who knows about customer service.

WELL APPARENTLY,IF YOU DON'T GET MAIL THAT DAY YOU CAN'T SEND MAIL OUT THAT DAY, I'M A VERY BUSY PERSON I LEAVE MY HOUSE AT 5AM ALMOST EVERY MORNING AND I DON'T COME HOME UNTIL ABOUT 12MIDNIGHT AT LEAST 6 DAYS A WEEK, SO WHY DO I HAVE TO FIND A MAIL BOX ON THE STREET TO PUT MY MAIL IN WHEN THEIR JOB IS TO DELIVER AND PICK UP MAIL....RAIN, SLEET OR SNOW THEY SAY,,,,,THEY FORGOT TO ADD ONLY IF YOU GET MAIL...SO I GUESS I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I GET MY OVERDUE BILL DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE TO HAVE THE BILL PAYMENT PICKED UP,,,,,,,,,A FULL DAYS PAY FOR A JOB HALF DONE I GUESS....OMG
