I wouldn't give any stars but I had to in order to submit a review. We bought a used refrigerator from Rey's and it was deliver in the early. They plugged it in and said it would take a while to get cold. Well it never did. We lost ALL of our food. We called Rey's the next morning and they came out and checked the refrigerator, tried to adjust it but it didn't work. They took it away and said they would refund our $650 to our credit card. We waited almost three weeks and calling them off and on. They kept saying their bank would return our money. Long story short, I just finished filing a dispute with my bank's credit card. Buyer Beware!!!

Overall

We bought a refrigerator from them 1 week ago and problems from day 1. We have tried numerous times to get ahold of the owner with no call back. very frustrating. We now want to bring it back. I needed a fridgerator especially with the holiday coming and it was fabolous serving warm ice cream and dessert to my family because no one from Reys wanted to call back and the freezer is costantly showing a defrost error. Very unhappy definitely will be calling everywhere to see what my options are. Do not buy anything from this place. A simple callback or even a text back from the owner acknowledging us would have made me happy.
