Pictures Shown Advertising the Front Of the Dale House Apts do not portray what the property really looks like. All the Hallways are dirty, carpet old & stained. Madison Square Realty has owned property well over a year now & has fixed none of these issues. Multiple empty Apts here because once people see what it truly looks like they look elsewhere.
