Dunkin'

Generally, it has been good. However, 2 experiences, 1 last week and this morning. Last week I waited for at least 5 minutes at the drive thru, calling into the speaker and then finally left. I guess they were too busy to take care of paying customers. This morning, I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. What I received was a thin layer of cream cheese, the equivalent of a buttered bagel, which literally melted into the bagel as would butter. If I am paying for cream cheese, I expect to receive cream cheese.

Courtney at this location has to either be someone's girlfriend or daughter or relative because there is NO WAY someone would hire someone who is such a b*tch! She's the RUDEST, snottiest little girl I have ever encountered in the food industry and I can't believe someone hired a person with such a BAD ATTITUDE.
