After personally working for them I would not recommend them to any one needing a repair or replacement. There techs have no actual tech knowledge or even know how to properly diagnosis a unit. They do not pull vacuums on any of there units which is critical in a compressors life so most of there new installs will need a new compressor in 2-3 years which cuts the life expectancy in LESS THAN HALF! They leave exposed fiberglass inside there ducts which is a huge safety hazard and can cause CANCER. It might look sealed on the out side but they leave huge gaps on the inside that is bare fiberglass just blowing through the vents. That's alone left me speechless. I couldn't sleep at night knowing how many people are inhaling theses fibers which will never leave there lungs. To make it worse there employees smoke weed on the job and are not afraid to admit it. This is why they cut corners, they are lazy pot heads. This was the shortest job Ive had and proidly quit after realizing how much of a s*** company they really are. Ive seen other companies ripp people off but never seen them sabotage there own equipment like these guys ******you've been warned******
